The Guild was formed in 1972 to allow all people with a love for hand embroidery to gather and share ideas, inspire and learn from one another, and enjoy stitching together. New members are always welcome, regardless of skill level!
Stitch and Share sessions are currently not being held due to COVID concerns. We are hopeful that sessions will be able to be held again soon.
Are you aged between 7 and 18? Do you like embroidery? Our group for young stitchers (HEGYS) may be for you!
Among the many benefits of a guild membership are weekly gatherings, Stitch and Share, workshops, access to our library, regular newsletters, and the opportunity to participate in exhibitions and other special events.
Interested in joining? Please feel free to come along to one of our gatherings. You may prefer to contact us through the website first as there may be changes to COVID rules from time to time.
When and where do we gather?
Gatherings are held weekly at Lenah Valley Baptist Centre.
- Thursday 10.00am - 12.30pm
- Thursday 7.00pm - 9.30pm
Workshops are currently not being held due to COVID concerns. We are hopeful that workshops will be able to be held again soon.
